This superior Five Star self catering waterside apartment overlooks the award winning Maritime Square and Marina with stunning views across the Fal estuary and waters beyond The interior has been decorated and furnished to the highest standard. The Foredeck occupies a prime position perched adjacent to the Maritime Museum.
Being the corner property The Foredeck is the only apartment in the maritime development to have a 60sq/m sun terrace on one side with a second 20sq/m balcony over looking the marina to the south. You will welcome the morning sun from the east and watch the sun go down over the Roseland peninsula.
The position, location and views are magnificent. Yours will not be a static glimpse from a
distance, but an ongoing movement of yachts, cruise liners and very often classic tall ships
across the Carrick Roads to St. Mawes. Falmouth old town with its winding streets, shops, bars, restaurants and cafes is only a few minutes walk away.
When the weather is suspect, there is an LCD TV with SKY and a DVD player to entertain.
The kitchen is adjacent, fitted out to the highest standard, with fridge, freezer, dishwasher,
